Instead of being triggered and reacting with knee-jerk rage, imagine being able to speak calmly and firm to navigate the children to where you want them whilst they still think it's fun and feel connected to you.

Being confident in your emotional reaction allows you to be more free, take more risks, initiate more adventures, try new things and have more fun and laughs along the way and still have energy for your own life away from being a mum too.

Having children is exhausting and being in this state for a long period of time compromises your previously fine tuned ability to unkowingly supress all the hurt, anger and frustration from past experiences. The shouting is because of a past experience that caused you hurt, pain or trauma at the time and the energy and emotions from that event have not been processed yet.
Why haven't they been processed yet? Because they are too scary or painful and we all lead busy lives so instead of feeling all the horribleness again we push it down and ignore it. It stays trapped in our nervous system and every cell of our body.
The good news is that if you are being triggered and the rage is coming out then the body is ready to release it!
Over four days you will be guided and supported by me to find the root cause to your shouting. Then together we will release the energy that is trapped to remove the trigger and bring you relief.
You do not need to know the past event.
You will not need to talk about the event.
You will not need to share any personal details about the event.
You may not even remember the event!
I will find where the energy is trapped in your body and through breathwork and meridian pressure (by you) we will release it.
This technique is brilliant over zoom as you get to stay in your comfort zone of your own home and relax which allows for a deep release, just in time for the 6 weeks holiday.
